What happens when there is nowhere to hide?

In Bono: Stories of Surrender, the first feature-length immersive film, Elad Offer explored how space drives emotion.

AEQUUS continues from there. It explores the shifting equilibrium inside a relationship, in dance, and from a new perspective. From an icon on a stage to two people in a room, in the most ancient and most visceral art form.

Two dancers. A bare stage. Light and shadow. Connection. Suspicion. Lift. Collapse. Repetition. Proximity without spectacle.

“I didn’t want to go bigger. I wanted to go deeper. From an icon on a stage to two people in a room, and in the most ancient, most visceral art form. This is the next question in my exploration of immersive storytelling.”
